You can ask for a refund within 7-days of the purchase date. Purchase date is the date that you paid for the app.

You can ask for a refund by sending an e-mail to hi@quicklookfix.com telling that you want a refund. You can also use the envelope icon in the website for e-mail. 

When your refund is accepted, your license for the full version will be obsolete.
